| Outside Private River Access to Arkansas River. River access is across the driveway and down approx 150' from the front door. River is visible from the yard but not from inside the cabin. Graded access is available for boat launching when the ground is dry. Views on three sides from inside and outside the cabin of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains (south) & Arkansas River Valley (north). Limited views of the river from the front porch. Private Residence (not a commercial complex or campground) ) on two lots totaling 1.7 acres. Two patios, one in sun facing east and one in shade with patio table and chairs. Gas BBQ Grill in backyard Picnic Table by the river RV, Trailer, Boat Parking area Easy access off Highway 50 (about 300') yet buffered and completely hidden from the road. Driveway is dirt but does not require a 4wd except when there is a lot of snow. The owner's art studio is located in the detached garage behind the cabin but has minimal impact. See Lot Layout |  |
